Based in the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland, Mark Tate Associates Ltd
provides project management and leadership support to help you build sustainable capacity and capability and deliver your business goals .

We focus on short to medium term support. That may include; delivering change, project management, interim leadership, business planning, fundraising (private and public), stakeholder engagement, leadership coaching, public relations, governance, communication and marketing.

Mark has 30 years executive leadership experience delivering strategic projects across a range of businesses in the UK and overseas. For 8 years Mark led the Cairngorms Business Partnership, the private sector, member funded Chamber of Commerce and Destination Management Organisation for the Cairngorms National Park. Mark built collaborative relationships with key local and national stakeholders delivering transformational change, leading and supporting economic growth and leading the business community through Covid. Mark played a leading role supporting and growing the visitor economy in the Cairngorms and nationally. Mark is an experienced non executive director and board chair.
